The Story of Nota.
Once, a Colombian girl moved to the United States with her family, not knowing her heart would try to love the whole world.
She was electric, always helping, and after some time, discovered the shy little artist inside that longed to be watered.
She wrote.
Notes to keep going. Notes to make sense of heartache, for the dreams she couldn’t yet reach, for the men she thought she could heal, for wanting a life without knowing where to start. Writing even became an invitation to know God, and through that, to know herself. She saw a pattern in everything she’d done: teaching, bodywork therapy, training, performance, coaching; the one thread running through it all was a desire to connect.
That’s how Nota. was born.
From notes turned into objects and from lessons put on paper, brought to life, and now shared with others.
“Keep going, there’s something greater on the other side of risk. And when you get there, carry the proof.”
